Leadership rehearsal space

Practice the conversations that matter.

HardSync gives managers and leaders a private place to rehearse hard conversations — the pushback, the feedback, the boundary you keep avoiding — against a realistic AI counterpart, before you have it for real.

Text and video practice. Your calls are never recorded or stored by HardSync.

How it works

Rehearse it before you live it.

Pilots train in simulators before they fly. HardSync is the same idea for the conversations that keep you up at night — practice as many times as you need, with nothing on the line.

1 A person opening a case of practice tools and conversation prompts.

Choose a scenario

Pick from realistic workplace situations, each with a counterpart that has its own defensiveness, triggers, and pushback style.

2 A person listening closely with a supportive AI coach beside them.

Practice out loud

Rehearse by text or video against a counterpart with its own defensiveness, triggers, and pushback style.

3 A person reflecting at a laptop with an AI coach offering a suggestion.

Get a forensic debrief

Your coaching report is grounded in your actual transcript — exact phrases, not vague encouragement.

4 A person celebrating progress with XP-style achievement badges.

Build real composure

Come back, run it again, and watch your clarity, empathy, and boundary-setting get sharper each time.

The coaching model

Every debrief is built around C.A.R.E.

Instead of generic tips, HardSync scores and coaches your practice sessions against one consistent framework — so feedback compounds instead of scattering.

  • C

    Connect

Build an empathetic bridge before you deliver hard news or hold a firm boundary.

  • A

    Acknowledge

Name what the other person is feeling or has contributed, instead of talking past it.

  • R

    Respond

Ask questions and address the real issue directly, rather than assuming or accusing.

  • E

    Empower

Close with a clear next step, decision, or commitment both people can act on.

Meet your sparring partners

Counterparts that actually push back.

Every persona has its own baseline defensiveness and pushback style, so practice never feels like talking to a scripted bot.

The Defensive Direct Report

Talented, but bristles at feedback and slips into justifying instead of listening.

The Overwhelmed Employee

Stretched thin, quick to disengage the moment a conversation feels like more work.

Good to know

A few common questions.

Is my practice session recorded or stored?+
HardSync does not record or store the audio or video from your live calls — that stream goes only to the call provider needed to run the session. Your transcript and coaching report are saved to your account so you can review them later. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is this a substitute for real professional advice?+
No. HardSync's AI coaching is practice guidance, not legal, medical, employment, or financial advice, and it shouldn't be used to make high-impact decisions about another person. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes, any time, from your Profile in the app. If you can't sign in, use the web account deletion page instead.
