Using HardSync

Use HardSync for lawful personal or professional communication practice. You are responsible for your account and submitted content. Live voice and video are streamed to the selected call provider to deliver a session; HardSync does not record or store call audio or video.

AI coaching

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are practice guidance and are not legal, medical, employment, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use HardSync to make high-impact decisions about another person.

Subscriptions

Paid features are purchased through the applicable store and renew under the terms displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; payment is charged to your store account and the price and period are shown before purchase. Purchases can be restored and subscriptions managed or canceled in your store account settings. Deleting a HardSync account does not cancel store billing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, or use generated content to deceive or harm people.

Your content and availability

You retain rights in submitted content and permit HardSync and its providers to process it to operate, secure, and provide the requested service. Network and third-party services can affect availability.

Account deletion

You may delete your account from Profile or follow the web deletion instructions.
