Delete a HardSync account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside the app.
Delete in the app
- Open the HardSync app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
- Sign in with the same account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
The request deletes the account and associated progress, sessions, transcripts, reports, and custom scenarios. HardSync does not store call audio or video.
Store subscriptions are controlled by Apple or Google and must be canceled separately before or after deleting the HardSync account.
If you cannot sign in
Contact the developer using the support contact listed on the Google Play or Apple App Store listing, or email vaishnavi26ch@gmail.com. Include the account email address and ask for account deletion. Do not send your password. Requests will be verified before deletion.
What may be retained
Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required by law. They are restricted to those purposes and deleted when the retention requirement ends.
